Don’t be ashamed. It’s a difficult section to memorize. When do I lift my arms? When do I pause before folding forward? What am I supposed to do with my hands after variation c?

It can take new students longer to break the code and memorize this part of Ashtanga’s standing poses than almost any other section. So, I made a video clip for our students. Once I made it for our students, I thought others might also find it a handy reference.
